What size should I order?
Please refer to our size chart available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look.
What materials are your products made from?
We use carefully sourced materials such as 100% cotton. Material information is listed on each product page.
How should I care for my clothing?
For most products, we recommend cold hand wash or machine wash with similar colors using a laundry net. Avoid tumble drying and direct sunlight.
Where are your products made?
All products are ethically produced in South Korea.
Order
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or update it. Please contact us as soon as possible at by-clothing.com.
Do you offer gift packaging or messages?
Currently, we do not offer gift packaging, but we are working on it for future releases.
Delivery & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
How long does international shipping take?
It usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return or exchange items from overseas?
Yes, international returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
